Q. Why is there an estimated delivery date range?
A. There's a few reasons for this. First, because at times inventory is on reserve from our brand partners and shipped if needed. In the event we have to wait for that inventory to ship we just want to be sure we have appropriate shipping time built in. In most cases you will receive your order earlier than the estimated dates. Second, we're a small operation wearing a lot of different hats, so we just want to give a little leeway in getting shipments out the door. Rest assured, shipping purchases to customers is priority number one. We truly appreciate you shopping with Bruce!
Q. How is my order shipped?
A. Packages are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail. A tracking number will be emailed to the address used at checkout when your order ships.
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. PLEASE REFERENCE THE SHIPPING & RETURNS PAGE FOR MORE IN DEPTH DETAILS
Returns and exchanges need to be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Individually purchased items are eligible for direct refund if unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Returns of items that were purchased as part of discounted bundles are eligible for shop credit. Credit will be issued in the form of a checkout code and emailed. Shop credit does not expire! Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns of an entire bundle are eligible for direct refund if unworn, unwashed and have original tags. Refund will be issued on the form of payment used for the purchase unless notified by the customer to a change. Refunds will be processed after items have been received and inspected. An email notification will be sent to notifying the refund has been processed. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If a return is due to damage during shipping, you will be issued a refund of the price you paid for that item after it has been received and inspected.
Q. Why can't I get a refund for the bundle item I want to return instead of shop credit?
A. We totally understand this question. At times we provide a discount for purchasing a package deal. Very simply, we can't have customers purchase a package knowing they only want 1 or 2 items so they can grab the discount but then return the other items. It would put a big hindrance on our ability to offer deals, manage inventory appropriately, and make any profit.
Q. I bought the wrong size. Can I exchange for a different size?
A. We accept size exchanges for unworn, unwashed items! We do our best to provide accurate fit information on each item so you can make the best size choice possible. However, we understand some things may not fit the way you expect.

It's important to note that it's possible the exchange size you need will be sold out...in which case see the next FAQ...
Q. What if the size I want to exchange for is no longer in stock?
A. It is best to reach out as soon as possible if you'd like to make an exchange. If you initiate an exchange and we find the needed size is no longer in stock, we will notify and give you the option to:
1) Keep the current size
2) Send the the item back and receive a refund (or shop credit if a bundled item) for the cost paid for that individual item, including applicable tax.
